🔹 Cancellation Policy – Handicraft Trend

At Handicraft Trend, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

🕒 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges.
• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@handicrafttrend.com with your order number.

📦 Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• However, you can still take advantage of our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window) after receiving the product.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is cancelled successfully within the eligible time frame, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders

• Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
