At Handicraft Trend, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
🕒 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@handicrafttrend.com with your order number.
📦 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you can still take advantage of our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window) after receiving the product.
💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is cancelled successfully within the eligible time frame, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
