Cancelation Policy: -

  1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do within 24 Hours. After 24 Hours product can't be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy:-

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 30 days.
  • Proper Unboxing Video Required For Return Eligiblity. without any Valid Proof Return will Not Accepted.
  • The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
  • Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Non-Returnable Items:-

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Discounted products purchased during promotional campaigns
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (where applicable)
Any item returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

NOTE FOR RETURN:-


The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, you will receive Refund or Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned product.

Store Credit:

  • Will be issued via email.
  • Can be used for future purchases on Handicrafttrend.com.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another customer.
