🔹 Return & Refund Policy – Handicraft Trend
At Handicraft Trend, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
✅ Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain items such as customized products or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return (these will be clearly marked on the product page).
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchange is only possible for the same product in a different size, color, or if the product received is defective/damaged.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or a refund.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
- In case of damaged or wrong products, Handicraft Trend will bear the return shipping cost.
